Michael george bass biography examples

He is a bass/baritone singer born in Thetford, Norfolk, England who started out as a chorister singing under the direction of Sir. David Willcocks at King’s College, Cambridge.   He undertook his studies, also becoming a prize-winner, at London’s Royal College of Music.

After his studies he became a performer who has sung with orchestras and ensembles nationally and internationally with numerous acclaimed conductors which include Harry Christophers, Sir John Gardiner,  Richard Hickox,  Sir Neville Mariner, Riccardo Muti, Kent Nagano, Roger Norrington, Thomas Sanderling and Edo de Waart along with many others.   He has also been a singer at the majority of the major British music festivals.

Orchestras and ensembles he has performed with include the Academy of Ancient Music, Academy of St. Martin in the Fields, the Bach Choir, the BBC Philharmonic, the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, the Brabant Orchestra, Collegium Musicu George bass covington.
